Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Return Window

A return label must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Otherwise, the item is final sale.

Returns must be scanned by the carrier within 3 days of delivery.

Items must arrive back to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns received after 7 days are subject to a $10 late return fee per item.

Return Requests

Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label for a $7.99 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Items showing wear, stains, odors, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Return Fees

Returns are subject to the following deductions:

• $7.99 return label fee

• 3.5% credit card processing fee (non-refundable fee charged by the payment processor such as Visa, Mastercard, or Amex)

• 3% restocking fee

• $10 late return fee per item (if received late)

• $9.99 original shipping fee if the order total falls below $100 after the return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
