Refund policy

In-Store Returns

  • Same-day returns: Free.
  • Next-day returns: $2.50 restocking fee per item.
  • Exchanges: Accepted within 3 days of purchase.
  • After 3 days: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Online Pickup Policy

  • All pickup order returns and refunds are handled exclusively by our online team. Please do not request a return or refund from our in-store staff.

  • When requesting a return online for a pickup order, please let us know if you would like to drop off the item at the store or receive a prepaid return shipping label for a $7.99 fee. Even when dropped off in store, the refund will be processed by our online team only.

  • Once an order is available for pickup, it can no longer be canceled. Any cancellation request will be treated as a return.

  • Returns are subject to a 6% restocking fee per item, or an 8% restocking fee for returns of 4 or more items from a single order.

  • After 3 days, items are exchange only in store for a different size, subject to availability.

  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days.

  • After 30 days, unclaimed items are forfeited and are no longer available for pickup, exchange, return, or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account using the email address used to place your order.

  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Submit your return request within 2 days of delivery.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

  5. Your return package must be scanned by the carrier within 3 days of approval and received by us within 7 days of delivery.

  6. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed according to our Return Policy.

Return Fees & Conditions

  • Online orders cannot be returned in store.

  • A $7.99 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • A 6% restocking fee per item applies to eligible returns.

  • Returns of 4 or more items from a single order are subject to an 8% restocking fee.

  • If a return causes the order total to fall below $100, the original shipping charge will also be deducted from the refund.

  • Returns received late are subject to a $15 late fee per item or may be refused.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to charge a $10 cancellation fee for canceled orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, we will provide a replacement, refund,
