Refund policy

In-Store Returns:

• Same-day returns are free.

• Next-day returns incur a $2.50 restocking fee per item.

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days.

• After 3 days, all sales are final.

Online Returns:

Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Items must be received by Dave & Bella within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after the 7-day window will incur an additional $10 late fee per item.

• A $7.99 return shipping fee applies..

• If a return causes the order total to fall below $100, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

• A 6% restocking fee per item will be deducted from refunds

Returns of 4 or more items from a single order are subject to an 8% restocking fee.

Orders not picked up within 2 days will be refunded with a $2.50 restocking fee per item.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

Sale items are final sale.
